Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICY:

All classes to be booked online, and prepaid at time of booking, either by a class pack or at the casual rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 12 hours before class will receive a full credit to their client account.

Cancellations made up to 6 hours before class will forfeit 50% of the class fee.

Cancellations within 6 hours of class start time will forfeit the full class fee.

If you need to cancel, please make sure it is done 12 hours prior, as there is always someone else waiting for a spot, and we’d hate for anyone to have to miss out.

CHECK-IN:

You will be checked in prior to class, this ensures that we have accurate records of who has attended.

Please be mindful of everybody in the class and pop your phone onto silent. Take the hour to spend time on yourself without other distractions - it will all be waiting for you on the other side.

FACILITIES:

Places to store your belongings during class are available for all clients, just choose a tub and pop your things in!

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Let your instructor know on the day if you are experiencing any discomfort or aches and pains. Classes can and will be tailored for you with modifications and or different exercises.

All pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed on your client intake forms. This information is confidential, but helps your instructors create plans and help you to achieve your Pilates goals.

If new medical conditions arise during your time with Pilates Reformed, please do let us know so we can update our records. We can also work with your other health care providers to give you the best possible experience each and every time you walk through our doors.
