Reformer Classes are a full body workout. In Reformer we start with the basics, and teach our bodies how to move with ease, while building strength and flexibility.

The Reformer uses springs and leather straps, in addition to your body weight. The springs can assist and challenge you. You might find the Reformer a very humbling class.

Matwork is where it all begins. The OG part of the Pilates method and some of the hardest repertoire. It’s not all Hundreds and Teasers. We explore some pretty cool shapes, your body will be rejuvenated and you’ll start to walk easier, move easier and get about your day easier.

In Matwork we may use props and assists from time to time, but most of the time it’s 45 mins of you, the mat and a chance to unwind.
