Pilates Progressions is a 10-month workshop series designed to take you beyond the basics and into a richer understanding of the full Pilates method.
Across this immersive program, you’ll explore how specific movement patterns, exercises and apparatus work together to create true progression in your body. Each month focuses on a dedicated exercise cluster, breaking it down, layering it up, and helping you find the connections needed to tackle the “bigger” work with clarity and control.
Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, challenge yourself, or simply learn more about the Pilates system as a whole, this series offers a guided pathway to move better, feel stronger and elevate your practice.
How It Works

1.5-hour workshops
Maximum of 12 participants per session
Each workshop includes:
